By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

1. Services Offered

NXT Renewables Private Limited provides solar energy solutions including site assessment, system design, supply of solar panels and equipment, installation, government subsidy assistance (PM Surya Ghar, PM-KUSUM), and post-installation AMC services.

2. Quotations & Pricing

• All quotations provided are estimates based on the information shared by the customer.
• Final pricing is subject to on-site survey, equipment availability, and applicable government policies.
• Prices are inclusive of GST unless stated otherwise.

3. Payment Terms

• A booking advance is required to initiate the project.
• Milestone-based payments will be detailed in your project agreement.
• All payments to be made in favor of NXT Renewables Private Limited.

4. Installation & Timelines

Installation timelines depend on system size, site readiness, DISCOM approval, and government subsidy processing. We strive to complete residential installations within 7–15 working days post-approval.

5. Warranty

• Solar Panels: 25-year performance warranty (as per manufacturer).
• Inverter: 5–10 years (as per brand).
• Installation Workmanship: 1-year warranty from NXT Renewables.

6. Limitation of Liability

NXT Renewables shall not be held liable for delays caused by DISCOM, government portals, weather conditions, or force majeure events beyond our control.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Mohali / SAS Nagar, Punjab.

8. Amendments

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
